In addition to the Stewarding role the hospitality role requires you to –
- Work within a corporate environment.
- Be of a smart appearance with a welcoming manor.
- Meet and greet spectators and guests.
- Be flexible within the hospitality areas.
- Guide guests to their seats.
- Enforce the Control of Alcohol Act 1985.
Person specification
- Enthusiastic individual who is willing to develop further.
- Ability to work within a customer facing position.
- Professional with high standards and integrity.
Desired skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Obtained Level 2 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (Training maybe available)
- Obtained Level 3 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (optional depending on the role)
- SIA license (optional depending on the role)
