Shrewsbury Town is looking to recruit friendly, reliable and customer-focused car park stewards to join us on a matchday at the Croud Meadow.
The successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring supporters, visitors, staff and guests enjoy a safe and welcoming experience when arriving at and departing from the stadium on matchdays and event days.
Working within the stadium car parks, responsibilities will include checking parking permissions, directing vehicles to designated areas, assisting with traffic flow and providing help and directions to visitors.
As one of the first points of contact for those arriving at the Croud Meadow, candidates must have a friendly and approachable manner, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering good customer service.
The role is outdoors and will involve standing and walking for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Applicants must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
No previous experience is necessary, as full training and guidance will be provided.

What We're Looking For:
Applicants should have a professional and approachable manner, good attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in customer service, stewarding, events or parking management would be advantageous but is not essential.
An interest in football and event operations would also be beneficial.
