In addition to the Stewarding role the response role requires you to –
- Be able to respond to incidents.
- Be capable of performing a full body search and bag search.
- Have the potential to defuse situations.
- Perform ejections where necessary.
- Be flexible whilst on duty.
Person specification
- Enthusiastic individual who is willing to develop further.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work within a customer facing position.
- Professional with high standards and integrity.
Desired skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time keeping
- Obtained Level 2 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (Training maybe available)
- Obtained Level 3 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (optional depending on the role)
- SIA license (optional depending on the role)
- De-escalation skills
