What you’ll do
* Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels, ensuring all assets meet the required technical and brand standards.
* Translate approved creative concepts into final production-ready assets without compromising the original creative vision.
* Configure and optimise files for their intended platform, format, supplier or production process.
* Maintain and update design templates, style guides, asset libraries and production files to support consistency and efficiency.
* Work closely with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with agreed creative direction.
* Act as a technical checkpoint between the Creative team and external suppliers, including printers, manufacturers and agencies.
* Review production specifications and proactively identify technical risks, limitations or errors before final production.
* Support creative colleagues by providing guidance on production requirements, technical limitations and best practices.
* Recommend improvements to workflows, templates, file management and quality control processes.
* Help introduce new tools, systems and production techniques that improve efficiency and maintain quality standards
