Preston North End Community and Education Trust (PNECET) is seeking to appoint a Head of Community Engagement to join our Senior Management Team.
This permanent, full-time role will lead the development and delivery of the Trust’s Community Engagement strategy, helping to grow our provision and create a lasting positive impact across Preston.
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Community Engagement will oversee a wide range of different programmes as well as manage and support programme leads and coordinators, ensuring projects meet their objectives and achieve the outcomes expected by participants, partners and funders.
We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with a strong understanding of Preston and the challenges facing its communities.
Applicants should have experience of managing teams, budgets and performance indicators, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with partners, commissioners and other stakeholders.
