Blackpool Football Club are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused Matchday Turnstile Operatives to join our Matchday Support Team.
Reporting to the Matchday Turnstile Supervisor, the desired candidate will play an important role in ensuring supporters and visitors can enter the Stadium safely, efficiently and in a welcoming manner.
The postholder will be responsible for operating designated Stadium turnstiles, scanning tickets and passes, assisting supporters with entry queries and helping to maintain safe and orderly crowd flow at Stadium entrances.
This is a customer facing role where professionalism, clear communication and a friendly and approachable manner are essential. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive first impression and a safe and enjoyable matchday experience for supporters and visitors.
No previous experience is required, as full guidance and role-specific training will be provided.
At the conclusion of the allocated shift, the postholder will be permitted to watch the remainder of the match from the designated area, subject to Stadium capacity, safety requirements and any instructions issued by the Ground Safety Team.
The position will see the chosen candidate work 2.5-2.75 hours per matchday, including matchday briefings at a rate of £14.24 per hour.
