Preston North End Community and Education Trust (PNECET) is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Coordinator to join our team.
This full-time, fixed-term role will be based within the Trust’s Community Engagement team and will support the delivery of a two-year community engagement project, funded through the Premier League Fans Fund.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening connections between PNECET, Preston North End Football Club, supporters and local communities, with a focus on increasing participation from underrepresented communities, improving inclusive matchday experiences and ensuring football is accessible, welcoming and representative of the communities it serves.
Working closely with both the Trust and the club, the EDI Coordinator will lead the Fan Advisory Network, develop meaningful relationships with community organisations, supporter groups and strategic partners, and help to deliver EDI initiatives, campaigns and inclusive matchday activity.
The role will also support the implementation of the Trust and club’s EDI Action Plan, helping to champion inclusive practice across the organisation and contribute towards creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong.
If you are an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience in community engagement, inclusion or outreach, and a desire to make a meaningful impact across Preston and Lancashire, we would love to hear from you.
